West Street Willy`s Eatery in Goderich

Probably the best restaurant in Goderich. Good good, good service, doesn't break the wallet either. Had the pork tacos and my wife had the fish tacos and they were awesome.

Casual and cozy with fantastic food. Big portions! Good value and great service!

We ordered the fish n chips and for $15+tax we got 2 pieces of maybe about 6 inches finger size ofCod and stale fries that were double fried to make them hot. This is the worst fish n chips meal I had in my life. The fish did not taste much and it was not even white but on the grey side. I had to throw it I could not finish the meal. Also they did not provide napkins or cutlery. I am not sure if they are taking advantage of curb side p/up at this time. I will definitely will not visit again

Great food, service and atmosphere. Variety of craft beers. Had the shrimp feast which was a good portion of food for a fair price. Overall great first experience and would recommend to others.

This is Goderich's own SoHo st. Eatery. Always busting with crowd from the neighborhood, this restaurant has a good number of seating options and a staff with a nice attitude and hospitality.Good is oh so delicious. A special shot out to Veggie Grinder. It was absolutely lip smacking!The Americans of this place is really nice, where the walls are decorated with photographs depicting the history of WSWE, through monochromatic still photographs. A definite recommendation and a must visit when you're in Goderich ON.

Service was good...food was great... presentation of food very nice. Smaller cozy restaurant. I ordered the chicken Parm wrap with Cesar salad excellent. My husband ordered the fish and chips excellent as well...light crispy batter.

Tired after camping further north on the Bruce Peninsula on a Sunday evening. Nothing pretentious here, good food/sandwiches fish & chips and an ale on tap. Got us back onto the road for the longer leg of our trip satisfied.

Awesome! I had the Wafflewich, oh so good! A fair portion that filled me without overdoing it. It tasted amazing!!

Only ordered 2 items but they were delicious and so well done. The baked panzerrotti was massive and the tomato sauce was tasty and not overly salty. The cod burger was also spot on, perfectly crispy fish and not over battered. Will come back!

We heard about West St Willy's on YGEH... and the expericec was up to our high expectations. Excellent service. Interesting delicious breadfast and lunch options... Take a walk around downtown Goderich too... .. enjoy the great architecture and a weekend outdoor market.

The staff here are very charismatic and inviting and the food is absolutely phenomenal, I prefer the poutine, its the best I've ever eaten!

Very delicious! They customize orders and take food allergies into account. 12 of us visited (6 adults and 6 kids) Family friendly for sure.

So far this is the best for fish and chips in Ontario .I was shock with the dish I order. The fish taste amazing!!!. It was nice atmosphere. Easy parking. Will drop.by again if I'm.passing by. Highly recommended.

Breakfast, lunch or supper you can't go wrong with this place.Absolutely awesome food, great staff and a friendly owner who often visits the tables and asks how it was. Highly recommended.

My wife and I unsuspectingly found this place while touring Goderich. We now make the drive up once in a while just to stop in because these guys have delicious food. Highly recommend. Get the poutine too ;)

Food was delicious and our waitress was very kind. The restaurant was busy and there were only a couple of servers so service was slow, but their kindness and food so made up for it!

We had the fish tacos and Caesars. The tacos and drinks were both amazing. Very good prices for the quality of the food. Delicious. 100% reccomend. Would definitely return

Very busy spot, they seat about 70 and there was a line up at 11am.Service and food is outstanding. Large menu all prepared in house. Excellent options and great flavours. I highly recommend them.

This is one of our favourite places to eat in Goderich. We’ve been for all three meals and have never been disappointed. The portions are generous, the food is always delicious and the service is great. We love the fish and chips, calzone, pizza, burgers etc....

So hospitable and food was great. Had the fish and chips battered in crushed chips and the beef salad. Very clean facility. Sounds like we missed some great breakfast specials. Make sure you check the hours before going over.

Went here for my birthday today. Very nice and kind staff. Said happy birthday to me multiple times. I ordered a whole pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I've had. Finally when it was all done they sang happy birthday to me and brang me free ice cream. Best experience at a restaurant I've had.

Last weekend we visited West Street Willy's twice - on Friday and again on Sunday. The hamburger and fries were excellent as were the clubhouse and onion rings. Friendly service. Often busy so you would be wise to make a reservation - especially at lunch time.

This place ticks EVERY box. Great menu selection. Delicious meals. Innovative entrees. Reasonable prices. Super friendly and courteous staff.It might be dangerous to live within walking distance as you might not want to ever cook a meal at home!

Food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. Price is amazing for the quality you get. Pete and his staff are friendly, professional and your always treated like family. If you haven't been your missing out...worth the drive from anywhere!!

The menu online really drew me in with the great eclectic selection! Once seated we were told the feature of the evening which was a mahi mahi dish! I went with the feature which was delicious and very flavorful! The service was outstanding! Dessert is coming, got to go!

We always enjoy our visits to West St Willy's, and this dinner was no different. Our server was pleasant and attentive, and made sure to accommodate my dietary restriction (dairy free).Pete (the owner) was on the floor serving, and he made a point of checking in at every table. He noticed that we needed napkins before we could ask, and personally verified that the gravy was safe for me (it's vegetarian, and delicious!). In fact, everyone on the floor seemed to work as a great team, ensuring a pleasant experience all around.The food was delicious, as it always is. Between us there was a kids burger and fries, cod and chips, and a club sandwich with fries. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the addition of an apple slice to the clubhouse is perfect. You need to try it!If you're not avoiding dairy or gluten, get a slice of cheesecake. If you're too full after your delicious dinner, get it to go! You'll thank me later. You're welcome. 🤣

Food was fast and excellent!

It's so, so. Had the Haddock, very dry. Shoestring fries. Hubby had Chicken Alfredo, he said not much taste. Wouldn't come back

Ordered takeout. Fries were nice and crispy. Poutine was really good. Best club sandwich in town by far and I've had them all. Food was ready in ten minutes. Only downside was the price. Paid over $20 for what looks like a small poutine and club sandwich, has a rich honey mustard. Fresh toppings. Again a little on the small side. Other than that. Worth trying.

Good location with great food. Located near the town circle. The place itself is very nice, good amount of seating. The food came out and everything was hot and the salad was fresh. Everything tasted great. Will be back next time in town.

I visited with my girlfriend for lunch on a Tuesday in May, and I was pleased to see the place filled with people. The service was fast and professional, and the food was very good, at a reasonable price.

Exceptional food and exceptional service, you don't find many places who can combine them as well as West Street Willy's. The staff are very friendly and the owner is very generous. A must have if you're visiting Goderich

Had the Alfredo Bacon Mushroom Linguine special with Shrimp tonight and it was delicious ! Had some locals sitting beside us and asked for recommendations for other good restaurants.... and they said there wasn't anything better than this one! Serving lots of local wines and beers also.
